CMS Furniture offers door delivery for £9 over ENGLAND & WALES on all orders.

We do not deliver to Scotland - Northern Ireland, Ireland or any Offshore Islands. 

These Deliveries will be delivered directly from our suppliers or 3rd party delivery companies, unless we contact you and state otherwise.

Delivery to the room of your choice

For Store Customers only paying,£49 you can upgrade your door delivery to Delivery to the Room of your Choice.

We advise you to upgrade, if your order contents are heavy or bulky!

How long will my order take to be delivered?

(Delivery timescales are estimated depending upon stock status and availability. All products on our website indicate estimated delivery time. Items marked IN STOCK are delivered to you in maximum 14 working days, sometimes stock status can be incorrect and in the event of this CMS Furniture will contact you to discuss your options. 

Items that are made to order are expertly handmade and take time to manufacture, so we can only give you a rough estimate which is normally between 6-12 weeks  

Occasionally, delivery of furniture can be delayed; this can be due to production issues, shortages of raw materials or delays in shipping. In all of these circumstances we will do our best to keep you up to date and notify you of any delays. 


If you have ordered several items with different delivery timescale, you must apply the longest delivery time as the one estimating the delivery time for your order.


Please Note: Delivery time scale mentioned on website in days for e.g. 4 – 10 days, are working days so if an order is placed on 1st of the Month and delivery time quoted is 4 -10 days then the order will be due to be delivered by the 12th of that month .

Our stock status is updated every 24 hours, however sometimes there is a possibility that an item may not be available in quoted timescale. In such circumstances we will immediately contact you to update you regarding the situation.

What happens on the day of delivery?

Finally the day when your order is going to be delivered!

Please ensure that you or someone you trust is available at the property to receive the delivery. If you have opted for the standard FREE delivery, the item will be delivered to your door. If your order contains heavy/bulky furniture, then you may be required to assist the driver as most of our standard delivery is done using one man delivery.

If you think you may not be able to assist the driver with heavy/bulky items, we advise you to select our 2 Man delivery to the room of your choice option which is charged at £30.

2 Man Delivery service is only applicable for deliveries in England & Wales

If you have placed your order IN STORE for Premium White Glove Delivery, then expect the full premium service, our drivers will unload the goods, take the furniture to the room of choice, unpack, assemble & position it as per your requirement.

White Glove Delivery service is only applicable for deliveries in England & Wales.

Our White Glove Deliveries are done in our own vans. Please ensure that the property is accessible for furniture lorry or vans. If we are unable to access the property or find it unsafe for drivers to deliver, we may refuse to deliver and a re-delivery may incur an additional charge to you.

What should I do once the item is delivered?

Once the item is delivered please check the item and make sure it's the item you have ordered, also make sure that you check the item for damages, and if you find any damages on the item(s) or the packaging please note the issue down on the delivery note before you sign up for the delivery. This will help us to put our claim forward with our suppliers/delivery company.
