Refund and Return Policy

At CMS Furniture Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furniture and decor purchases. We understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary, and we are here to assist you through the process. Please read our policy carefully to understand our guidelines.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

  • We accept returns and offer refunds for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return and refund, items must meet the following criteria:
    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
    • The return request must be initiated within the specified return window.

 

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at admin@cmsfb.co.uk or by phone at 01782 749398. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) if applicable.
  • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

 

3. Damaged Items:

  • In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately.
  • To process a return for damaged items, we may request photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. This information helps us improve our packaging and shipping processes and assists with insurance claims.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for pickup at no cost to you.

 

5. Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5 woking days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to mattresses, pillows, bedding, and customized or made-to-order items. Please review product descriptions carefully before making your purchase or speak to us.

 

7. Cancellations:

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, for customized or made-to-order items, cancellation may not always be possible if production has already begun.

 

8. Changes to Refund and Return Policy:

  • We reserve the right to update and modify this refund and return policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all future transactions.
